CSET — Multiple Subjects Practice Test

There is an interactive computer test available for the CSET Multiple Subjects tests I, II, and III. The program explains how to use the practice test and gives a full-length practice test for each of the multiple subject subtests. It also has a scoring section that scores the sample test and explains how the scoring is done. The practice test must be downloaded onto the user's computer, but may be taken multiple times and by more than one person using that computer. Since it is in a Java format, the appropriate supporting software has to be downloaded and installed before the practice test is downloaded.

The PC environment download is located at: http://java.sun.com/products/archive/j2se/1.4.1_02/. The download for Macintosh computers is located at: http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/java/. The CSET multiple subject practice test program is compatible with both PC type computers and with Macintosh computers.

A good study strategy is to take the test early in your study time. This will clearly reveal your strengths and weaknesses on the test so you can focus your study time on the areas where you need the most time. Familiarity with the test structure will also allow you to approach it with confidence on the day of the real exam.
